New 357 Taurus 605 that I bought is leading the entire length of the barrel. The bullet is a rcbs 38-140 sized to 358, lubed with bees wax/atf lube. The bore slugs at .356, cylinder throats are right at .358. Alloy is air cooled WW, charged with 6.2 gr of unique. This same load shoots great with out a hint of leading in my gp100, very accurate load. I'm kind of stumped here, the only thing that comes up is to maybe change a lube and see what it does.

bore slugging at 356 might be true, or it could be that your slug come out of the tight spot in the forcing cone at 356.

Reckon I need to test for tight spot. How does one go about hammering the slug out the other way?

either a push in and back out thing or pin guages.
