Willy, when I click through to replies, or other parts of the board, I have got the following message several times tonight.
"There seems to have been a slight problem with the database.
Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.
An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.
We apologise for any inconvenience."

I should have got it fixed.
Apparently we had a bunch of people chatting on the chat, and the chat refreshes every second or so, and in 1 hours time the site recieved over 72,000 requests to our database and shut the database down. I disabled the chat for now until I can figure out excactly what happened.
Sorry, for the slight downtime.

Chats back up and going, if this happens again, we might have to find a new chat program to use..

are locking up on my end, and won't send. I have to do the old Ctrl-Alt-Delete to get out of it.

I hate to say this, but it's nothing wrong with the forum. There is no way the software would cause your browser to freeze up. Might just have to update your browser.

Same deal with my Cast Boolits site, the Private Messages are accessible without a problem, but when I try to send a response I get the same action that Waksupi describes. Ric--if a browser upgrade fixes it, let us know.

Same thing happened to me the other night when I tried to reply to a long message. It seems that the longer the message the more trouble I have had. Finally replied on seperate new message to get it to work.
