Accept a Friend request?

How do I accept/reject a friend request? Anything I try doesnt seem to be working.

And how can I find a moderator?

IIRC, to accept, click on their avatar pic and then click on accept.

To find a moderator, scroll down the main page, under the Complaint forum, right of center is View Forum Leaders, scroll down the page and you will find a list of Moderators.
