Try Brent's site. It has excellent instructions and information on paper patching for a Sharps.

Top photo is of Lee 457-405F's as cast and patched with 20# paper to give a dried diameter of .472" for a MkIV Martini. Bottom photo are 530gr swaged lead, HP-cup based slugs. Swaged OD .443" over the patch .450" for Whitworth and Rigby match type muzzle loaders.

you could also try to secure a copy of Paul Mathews book on the paper patch. It gives a good overall view. But the above links are also good for the basics.
