Johnson Gas Appliance N0. 105 - Cedar Rapids, Iowa
I acquired from a coworker. His dad was a part-time gunsmith and this is one of the goodies that followed me home.:-D
It was hooked up to a natural gas line in the basement. I have not seen it run but the valves move and it looks like all the parts are there. Be happy to take additional photos if needed and answer what I can....
Auction will end July 31st to allow a full month+.
Please send funds to the site owner.
When I’ve been advised payment has been received I’ll ship.
I'll cover the shipping to the lower 48.
Funds to be sent to:

Wow, thanks Todd!
I bet a session inside a blast cabinet would do wonders for that, a new coat of BBQ paint and it would be mighty nice to have.
I don't have natural gas piped to my home, I have to generate my own and although flammable the supply isn't very reliable......
Let's see some bids!

I can't tell from these Pic's but if there is an air adjustment on the burner it should be convertible to LP gaas. Gianni.

I added pics but don't see an air adjustment. Looks like some sort of jet maybe....

It may have been removed and was where the screw head is visible. It should work great on Nat. Gas. Gianni

Air adjustment shields can be fabbed. Screw holes D/T'd. The orifaces MAY be adjustable but you wont' know till their removed and checked. Even if they are permanant they can be peened and redrilled for propane or have inserts installed.
Check with a gas man.

by the way, that is a tinsmith's furnace. The insert on the top is removed to put a small lead pot. The shelf below w/opening is where the tinning irons are heated up. Was very popular when there was a skilled tinsmith in every town. I will bid $10.00 on it. Jon

Since tha auction was to end on July 31, I'd think it would be prudent to ask Todd987 to speak up to clarify this.

45 Nut, I have one without the pot I will offer to the 2nd place "winner". Same deal, profits to site and I'll eat shipping to the lower 48. It is cleaner but not by a whole lot. Hole is 3 1/2" diameter for the pot. Gianni

I have to pull out of this auction. Last night, the guy next door and I were talking guns. I mentioned the tinsmith's furnace I was bidding on. He said wait a minute, went down in his cellar and came up with another one. Asked me, "Does it look like this", asked him where he got it, he said was in some boxes from his grandfather's belongings. He told me since I have helped him a lot that I could have it. So now I have one, and I don't need 2 of them. Jon
