I can't seem to find the avatars with the branch of service banner. Would appreciate knowing where to find them and how to insert it into my profile.

You can join the appropriate group that will give you the proper service banner by going to the "User CP" then scroll down the list on the left side of the page till you find "Permission Groups", click on that and you can select any of the groups and the related banners you'd like shown below your username. Holler if you still need help.
