Have you tried Granger or McMaster-Carr?

No, but I will check.

McMaster Carr has them on page 2788.

Thanks.

Have you considered making one?

I've oft thought of buying one (excuse the vularity, ie: buy is a 4 letter word).

Lay out the design - (designs) -

Sounds like a fun project to play with!

(PS - just got a sand blaster from an auction at work - need to get a GOOD compressor now.)

Use your PP-01 CAD program!

If you plan it right it'll be easy to make from 'rounds' of aluminum available FREE from work.

Where can I buy a hammer mould?

eBay has them almost weekly. Look for a 16oz. hammer mould for casting use.

But if you DESIGN one, don't forget that I still have a lathe and mill. (HINT!!!)
