Bator 223 with no GC?

Is there a plinking load I could use in an AR clone, 19 in. barrel, 1/9 twist, that I could use an in checked Bator in? I have a bunch of tight group, and might get don lil gun, but other powders are ok.

The only thing that I could think would be a plain based powder coated boolit so it could do at least 2200 fps and not lead the barrel.

Joe, you're interpreting. I didn't say that. I asked because, if you don't need the load to cycle the action, I have some suggestions. If you do, you'll need more power than the loads I was going to suggest would generate.

I reload for economy. I guess a check maker might be a future purchase.

i haven't try the bater without checks but mine is 16" 1-9twist and cycles on 21grs of imr4064 (20gr will cycle but not lock the bolt open)at little over 2400fps.
