I stopped off at Fastenal.

For a 1.69 oz bottle of Loctite Blue I was quoted $47. Is this accurate?

They looked in the wrong column; that was the price for government agencies :-)

Go to harbor frieght and get a one oz. bottle for $1.99

Even NAPA isnt that expensive....Maybe they were looking at The Large bottle price!

I don't know about Loctite; but the only time I go to a Fastenal store is if i can't find the bolt anywhere else, the stores around here all seem to have government pricing as a default.

I bought a red and a blue not long ago, both together were less than $10 as I recall, don't remember exactly but if I had spent $100 on loctite my wife would have freaked (as would I)

This would have been at either Lowe's or Home Depot, not sure which.
