The only way to add flavor to antlers is duct tape and the deer tag underneath it.

This will definitley be submitted for the cookbook!

You hush up and leave her alone !!! At least she’s trying . You eat it and act like you like it. :???: Might suggest she add a little more seasoning next time. . .No not duct tape . On my 3rd wife learned after second one you got to go along with them a little !! This has worked for 31 years…:)

My old dad always said he was "hungry enough to eat the hide, hair, and horns".

You was saying she came home unexpectedly . Once with my 1st wife I put dawn dish washing soap in the dishwasher turned it on and went to the garage. I noticed the bubbles coming out the door when she turned into the driveway. Bad Bad Bad !

My grandfather often said horns make poor soup. I am assuming the duct tape is protecting the licence while to skull is being boiled to remove flesh etc. ? Next step would be a wall mount.

Crawdaddy

Duct tapes holding the license to the antlers, never pulled it off when I got home. Wall mount for sure but it will be a simple one. I drill a quarter inch hole in what is left of the skull and put a three inch screw in it. Then I screw it to the wall.

FACETIOUS- wish I were that lucky!

Runfiverun- yup, all males must have made that mistake. Sure does take a long time to get all that soap off the floor.

Here is the pic of it on the wall. Nothing special, I just drill a hole in the skull and screw them to the wall. Maybe some day I will do plaques.
