what program was used to write reloaders reference v5?

i have to build a database for a summer job, and the set up the reference has is exactly what the company wants.

what was used to build it? it says its an access file but how is it a stand alone?

I think he built the database in Access and then you can build an executable from your database. Teh main page is the switch board in access and the rest are forms, queries, and tables. Basically it calls a runtime version of access in the executable.

It is written in access and visual basic. The first generation was SQL but the front end was in access.
