No, I am not related. I just thought it sounds like a good deal if you buy instead of cast.

If they are hard enough with a decent lube, thats is a real decent price! If I still had my sten I would jump on that.

By the shape of the base, I'm guessing they are swaged, and that hard lube might need some LLA overcoat to work well. Still a great deal.

Yeah, I get the Wideners e-mail specials too. That certainly looked attractive enough, but there's just something about sending your own homemade boolits down range. I need nearly 2000 9mm cast to fill up all my cases, so I'll be busy for awhile. Besides I only get $100.00 per month to spend on my reloading hobby and while that is certainly a good deal from Wideners, I simply cannot justify that kinda expenditure while I have some lead on hand. 3000 boolits takes me 4 hours to cast, and hour of smelting and about 10 hours of sizing.
Plus 54 lbs of lead and a dollar of lube. To compare with their price of $145.

So my time casting is worth about $100 for 15 hours of work to make that many boolits or about min wage.

Good thing I like casting.

Casting/reloading is VERY cheap therapy!
