Hello All,

Has anyone had success with one of these rifles + cast boolits?

What is the twist rate?

Doc says 1 in 20" and if so your rifle will shoot any cast weight you care to shoot. You are golden with a fine rifle.
Just slug the bore and fit a boolit a little over groove size, I believe most Brownings have shallow rifling and might have 8 grooves and lands. You might have to treat it like a Marlin, I don't know, never held the .44 to see the rifling.
