Been 6 months in the making, but it is finally done and back home.

6 months you say....it only takes a few minutes to install a birdshead grip

Started life out as a blued 7.5 inch Ruger OA with target sights.

Had the barrel cut to 3.75"
re-crowned muzzle to an 11 degree target crown
the grip frame ground to fit the grips
sight moved back
removed the loading lever, and replaced it with a Belt Mountain Base Pin
removed the bluing, and had it parkerized and then Cerakoted

Funny, I was looking at an old army last night and thinking about something very similar.

I bet yours is gonna hit really high with that front sight on it. Let us know how it shoots!

i would think it would shoot low because of the high front sight.

What an intriguing little revolver. Do you load the cylinder in a block of some sort?
