Many thanks to Fecmech who sent me along a sample of this boolit to try out in my 357 Maximum Handi Rifle. Shot some today, 10 rounds using my play load of 7.2 grains of #107 and small pistol primers were nothing to brag about, 2.5" at 50 yards, for comparison, the Lee 357-158-RF shoots very consistantly into 1 1/4" - 1 1/2" with that same load.

Opening the throttle with 24.5 grains of WC680, the bullet rewarded me with two 5 shot groups of 3/4" at 50 yards. This is as good as the rifle has ever shot, even using the Hornady 180 XTP with 26 grains of the WC680.

I'm on the list waiting for Lee to send us our copies of the sixbanger 357-180 LBT knockoff. This bullet shoots equally well from my Handi, but I may have to squeeze a copy of the RCBS mold out of my piggy bank soon.
