A friend said something about using one of the dies in a .357 die set to use as a push through for drawing down .375 bullets to .368 for shooting in one of the 9.3 cartridges. Anyone have details? I have a 9.3X74 on its way ...

Well that's 7 thou reduction in one shot - more than I would do.
I'd lube and size in .375 then reduce to .372 or .371 then again to .368.

Standard .357 case is .379 so I don't think the sizing die would do you any good.

.223 cartridge tapers from .379 to .354 at the shoulder so you could make up a pusher and then push it back out after you reached .368, I guess that would work but it would be a pain.

Worth a try if the 3.75s bullet nose will still fit into the 9.3 bore. Here's some .325 I sized to .314. You'll have to size, GC and lube at .375 - .378 before sizing down to maintain lube grooves and have GC that fits.

I have ued a Lee push through to go from .324 to .316 on occasion. I had to use the emery on a split rod to make the .316 die from a .314 it took longer to make the split rod than the die. The dies are cheap so you could make one for the midrange and do your sizing in two steps if your allow is hard.
