Now this is not a knock on Bruce as I have learned a bunch from him, and I enjoy reading his posts.

It has always struck me as ironic that in every forum there is some kind of hooray for quantity. There are folks here who post very rarely, but when they do it's pure gold. It's too bad that the only reward is for verbosity, maybe we should have a post of the month? And maybe for a fellow like Bruce who not only reaches 1000 but has over 900 really good ones.

Bruce being Bruce,, not a longwinded type DOES tend to wait until there is something worthwhile to say before he does put fingers to the keyboard and that is why I noticed his milestone.
I agree on the content of his posts being quite worth reading, twice usually.

I would be more than happy to give a special recognition to a "post of the month" and think its a grand idea, remembering to do it and picking out candidates will require some help from the membership.

Anyone can send me pm's to toggle on the lightbulbs, incandescents of course.

Bruce is one poster whose posts I always read, and occasionally print out for my permanent files. There's not a trivial post in a carload.
