Cancer update

After removal of lymph nodes and soft tissue in left arm pit I have had almost every scan they can think up. I should glow in the dark for another week. One spot found in my chest at the top of the lung. Microscopic surgery the 20th and I should be good to go for another at least 17 years. No sign of any melanoma anywhere else or any other thing hiding. Mark

I am always amazed at the people that do not believe in the power of prayer. It is way to bad for them. I have seen many miracles.

Good news indeed..my Wife is a 6 year survivor this year and my best friend is now 3 years on the "happy side" of things...prayer,positive thoughts and lots of friends pulling for you are a big help....best to you.

Made it thru surgery in pretty good shape. Lost about a 3" x 1" piece of lung. Spent an extra day in the hospital as I blew some bubbles thru my chest tube. I see the doctor in a week to discuss what my be next. Both sides are still sore. The left from 3 weeks ago and the right from the latest surgery. Thanks for the good thoughts. Mark

No doubt, that doesn't sound like fun at all! I sure hope they got it all and all figured out. Good thoughts and prayers on the healing process; sounds like you'll be sore for a while.

When you get feeling better, and I get home from Taiwan, maybe we can go shoot some lead?
