I last posted some 316299 NOE boolits I cast in my first session casting. Last weekend I spent a few hours working with a Accurate mold I got for my Swiss Vetterlis. I noticed holding the temp around 650 worked well for these, and I placed the mold on a damp towel shortly after pouring them. This kept the mold temp from getting a tad too hot and causing frosty boolits.

I did cast some of these a few months back while I was smelting with a ladel. They turned out alright as far as fillout, but were frosty. I really like the Accurate mold - just do little cleaing to make sure that any crud or oil is removed and start casting and it drops great boolits as long as I do my part...
