anyone place a mark like an inital on a rd nosed lead cast bullet? Wondering how that would affect trajectory or expansion if at all.Maybe 1/16 inch deep.

used a stamp on some 45 colt flat nosed boolits to differentiate between mine-L and my bil's -J
slightly different loads using the same boolits.
