Muzzle Obstruction Photos Wanted

I would like to put together a collection of photos of various firearms, pistols, rifles, shotguns, that have been fired with muzzle obstructions for my Hunter Ed students. The only thing we have now to show is an old 12ga SxS that was double loaded with a 20ga shell and fired. I would like to put a more dramatic presentation together showing some classic "bananna peel" barrels. I have seen a few posted from time to time here and there, but I'd like to get a bunch of them together. Anyone got some good shots?

PM your email address. I have several photos of a .300 Win Mag that was "banana peeled". Also you might try to find the "old" Federal VHS tape of SHOTGUN SHOOTING A BETTER WAY. It had a very good and graphic example of a 12-20 burst. Unfortunately the "new" version omitted this video clip. I'm not really sure why, it was a controlled demonstration and did not involve any injuries. Still, it was a good attention getter.

I'll send ya pics of the carnage from my .300 whisper when it fired out of battery, blown case head and the extractor was bent up behind the barrel extension.


found this one on the afore mentioned site. http://www.thegunzone.com/m1akb.html quite impressive. there is also a pic of an AW-50 where the barrel splits at the chamber, banana peals and comes back together at the muzzle.

Thanks guys, some good ones on those links. I am not looking for Kaboom photos, just burst barrels from obstructions. I need the presentation to help get through to my Hunter Ed students what happens when a gun is fired with something in the barrel. I am not concerned with overloads or ammunition related problems, that will only confuse them. I just want to make them aware of what will happen with a barrel obstructed by snow, mud, foreign objects, etc., when it is fired.

I wouldn't know how to give you a pic of this but I thought you might find it interesting....I help out a bit in a Gunsmith's shop....A guy brought in an older colt pistol the other day, a 38 special. I'm guessing he loaded a cast bullet load using jacketed bullets. He fired a round and the bullet didn't exit, it's right at the end of the barrel. He didn't notice that and continued firing...this is slow fire too. He shot a cylinder full and reloaded and managed to shoot two more before the last bullet is half in the barrel and half in the cylinder and the gun wouldn't cycle. The barrel has little bulges in it the whole way down it's length.

shooter93, There was a shot posted on one of the Gunloads fora a while back of a revolver barrel cut in half lengthwise with a series of jacketed bullets in it, one after the other, fired until the cylinder wouldn't rotate. I'm looking for classic "banana peels", though, and have gotten some good ones so far.
