Funny how as we get older, our toys change. Computers and gadgets have replaced some of the shooting interest. Latest toy is my very own blood pressure machine. It is sort of interesting. At the doctors yesterday my B P was 133 over 73. I thought that was pretty dang good. But the quack told me to quit taking the medication and come in every day for 6 weeks to get a reading, or buy a machine and do it myself. Price of gas being what it is, not to mention the time and agravation, I spent the $60 to get a machine and do it at home. Sort of neat...I'll probably wear the machine out in six weeks. You don't suppose he comes up with crap like this just to generate office visits so he can bill the insurance company, do you?
