Took the NOE 35RCBS clone for a stroll! Got to love those RG Molds. These Feral Goats (22 in total) and two Foxes don't like them that much.

Awesome! Nice work!

Care to share your load details? I too have that mold, but haven't had time to put it to work yet.

I load 38 grns of AR2208 which is shipped to the USofA and sold as Varget. Boolits are no2 alloy, Blammers gas check and all lit up with a Federal 210m. Seems to shoot pretty good and folds game like they've been hit by a truck!
Hope this works for you.

What's the rifle? Looks like a trapper/carbine?

Looks like a Marlin Stainless 336 "Mini Guide Gun" unless I'm mistaken. They did a special run of them a few years back. Caliber was .35 Remington.

Dutch has got it right. Marlin 336 SS LTD in the mighty .35 remington. 500 of them made and are just like a 1895GS. The more I use it the better it feels. One of my grandsons already reckons it belongs to him but I've been trying to get him one as a suprise.
It's set up with a Skinner LoPro Sight, shortened weaver base and quick detachable rings so I can choose peeps or scope with out losing zero. If I was doing all that again one of Williams "Ace in the Hole" bases would be the go.

Juddy,

And I am going to take a wild guess that you might have loaded that 35 Remington ammo with a Lyman 310 tool and 310 dies?? Have you become bored with shooting possums and graduated to bigger game?
I am truly envious of the sheer number of varmints you have at your disposal.
Keep up the good work!

........One of my grandsons already reckons it belongs to him.........

Gee, that sounds familiar. I have one of the "1 of 1,000" Model 336D (blued finish) Mini Guide Guns in .35 Remington. My youngest son spotted it in the gunsafe a few years ago and decided it was made just for him!

So, now we know what he'll start deer hunting with next year!

How ya going mate? Yes I've loaded a few with the favourite tool. Still using it for a few rifles in fact I haven't loaded a 45/70 on a press in the last two years.
Dutch
Be careful with lead out of a ported barrel!! I have a 1894P and the ports shaved lead off and it blew back slicing my mates face next to me. Doesn't effect the shooter but anyone nearby could get hurt. If someone loses a eye it's too late. I still use the 1894P but am careful when with anyone.

What does the NOE 35 RG look like? I'm shooting the RCBS 35-200 in my .35 Marlin and am getting decent results. Seems to like the higher end powder charges of IMR 3031. Plan to try Varget also.

It's the same as the RCBS but hollow point.
