While I realize these aren't exactly cast boolits.... I have to honestly hope this was a typo on the price. IF someone does buy this, I need their name, because I have so much stuff to sell them!

The ideal "man cave" decorating accent! Too bad the asking price is as much as the entire man cave............

I don't think the price is a typo judging by the other language in the ad. Seems to be an antique/junque dealer trying to make his year's wages with one sale....but he really has no clue so he's shooting for the moon.

Sort of like all those shotgun shell crimping tools you see that are "rare" and "hard to find"....with opening bid of $49.95!

Even more laughable that does not include shipping.

Hey! Shipping is expensive these days, can't have that cutting into the profit margin.

That's about as smart as snake mittens to ask that much for a plaque. Its valuable, for sure, and I would absolutely LOOOOOOOVE to have something like that (Sierra bullets of course) but I aint dropping a years pay on one!!!!

 Holy smokes! or more like what's this guy smoking? I wonder what an old Weatherby cartridge display would be worth, the one with full line up of cartridges encased in resin, 25K:bigsmyl2:

Oh, I see....it has the rare stamp of "Inspector no. 8" still intact !
that is what brings the value up 1000x of any others. :kidding:

Ah...I see. Yes, the rare sought after "inspector 8" stamp. Thanks JonB, I had missed that.

Just a quick calculation. It looks like they'd be pretty close on price, if every bullet was PURE GOLD!

Did you not read the description??? It is "rare" , "vintage" and "unused" !!!!! Uh, how do you use a bullet board?

I don't think ebay has changed the rules to allow bullet sales. My guess is someone will flag it and it'll disappear. But just in case, I put it in my watch list 'cause I want to see how much he lowers the price when he relists it...

After looking at some of his other auctions I'm thinking it's a typo on the price. But maybe not and what the hell you can ask what ever ya want. Don't mean ya'll get it. Dennis

Does this give anybody else an idea for a market for lube groves?

What was the price?
It's listed at $179.99 plus shipping which is over priced but seems low from your guys reactions.
Did he revamp the price? I was expecting a price of $10k or more by everyone's posts.

His price is quite reasonable compared to other bullet boards offered on the net.

Bullet boards are highly collectable and VERY expensive for some. l have seen Winchester and Remington boards sell in the 5 figure range. An Ely Kinock went in the mid 5s a couple years back

I own the Carved Hornady Bullet Board with the hunter on one side and the Ram on the other also an Elk and a handgunner with all of Hornady's bullets made at the time
I turned down an offer of 500.00 for it.

Actually, the last one I saw at auction went for over $200.00. Hell, a box of Robin Hood .22 shells will bring well over $ 1000.
Or check out the prices of the old ammo and gun calenders. Don't throw any thing old and gun related away until you research the price of it.
