Friend request???

I just got a friend request on this forum from someone with zero posts and I do not know. Has anyone else got this? It is from jasonmb76, not sure what I should do.

You can ignore any friends requests if you don't want to accept them. Who knows, maybe jasonmb76 liked your attitude or a post you made. Just a thought.

Can't tell you what to do. Could be a newcomer who hit a key accidentally. I am friends with people I know. Myself, I would not respond. Can't remember if there was an "ignore" option or not. I do not know if people would think that rude, I would not see it as rude.

Well, if it were me and I didn't know or ever talk to this person I would politely decline their request. This person is new to the forum, and may just be looking through posts and found yours interesting, or may live nearby. It could be harmless however in this day and age look out for yourself.

I get many from those here and accept. Great fellows. I just don't know how to go the other way so I hope they are OK with that.
I would not overlook a new person too quick, he might like what you say.
I get screwed up a lot with the computer and some instructions but everyone that is a friend, understand it is both ways. Someday I will figure this stuff out.
