new prodgect, need help

Dad just gave me a barrel for my Enfield 303, so I need some help. The barrel is some kind of barrel chambered for 444 marlin. It is threaded for some kind of Enfied action. I want to know haw I can get it to feed, and where I can get a spare mag.

Suck it and see, it might feed (unlikely). Some guys here build a straight stack sleeve inside the existing mag, using the standard mag spring. No doubt there would be something available in the states, given that Gibbs, etc have converted so many. I think Buckshot has a 45/70 (amongst other things :D ), no doubt they will chime in soon.
