Surgery for Steve Bowers

Many of you know Steve was having cancer surgery today.
He popped into chat this morning, 20 minutes before his surgery (yes, he loves this place that much!) to say hello. I extended all the good wishes for a successful surgery, and for fast healing, and no cancer at the other end. I pray that God guides the surgeon's hands.

My Prayers are with ya Steve !
I just spoke with Marlene...Steve is out of surgery. There were complications and a blood clot in the kidney so they removed his whole kidney.
He is in intensive care now but he is stable.
I will have an update in a couple days.

Marlene says he is doing fine, and is stable in the ICU.

I talked to Steve tonite.
He is Out Of ICU and recovering just fine. He will be released in 3-5 days to go home and relax while he heals.He wants to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers for him and Marlene.

Steve popped into chat this morning, and said that he was running late for getting the staples out.

He seems to be healing fast!

And, I'm betting that he won;t allow them to make him wait in the waiting room..........
