Made by Chiappa in Italy. That right there questions it's quality. Chiappa does not have a stellar reputation.

Held one a few days ago, was not impressed. Fit, finish wasn't to good, priced way to high.

I'd rather get an M-1 stock for a 10/22. The lack of magazines for the Chiappa is a deal breaker for me.
