Today I decided to catch up on my supply of 38 Wadcutters.
I had a good day. I'll use these in my new Smith 6", 686.

Ben, all of those look nice, do you like one over the other? How are you loading them? I am using a 158 SWC ober 3.5 Bullseye in my 4" 686.

Not a thing wrong with your load. The Lee Tumble Lube with 2.7 grs. B'eye really shoots well in my 6" Colt Officer's Model Match. Hope it will also shoot well in my 6" , 686.

Nice! I have the other Lee wadcutter mold and TL them. My S&W 15-3 loves them.

Im not saying that the WC wont shoot in a S&W but the barrels twist rate in the Colts is more sutied for WC bullets than S&W twist rate ! ive gotten equal or better accuracy with SWC bullets in the S&W revolvers expesually beyond 25 yards . Most if not all PPC shooters who change there barrels opt for a different twist rate than what S&W provides with there factory barrels .
