My Lymans' Cast Bullet Handbook 3rd has some good info for loading from the 225462 mold...except powder data for the powders I have. My two choices for .223/5.56mm are H-4895 and H-335. Please, don't tell me to get a different powder, that's not possible right now. I did try a quick Search here and didn't find any thing.
Any ideas/starting loads/data links? Thank you for any reply.

i mainly use IMR 4895 for my faster velocities [2700+]
i don't know your twist rate but i would just start at 60% case volume with that and go from there.
my other main load for the 223 is 12.5 grs of 2400
the 335 could be cut back to about 17 grs and come up.
make sure you weight sort and visually cull your boolits.
the 223 is a grumpy little thing.

i shot a 5 shot group well under 1/2" at 100 with mine yesterday.
and then put another 20 down there with them, and had [either] 4-5 flyers that opened the group to 1-1/2"s
otherwise i would have stayed under an inch easily. [ehhh-shrug]

14 grains of 4227 with the 225415 at approx. 2250 fps. It cycles my Mini 14 and kills tin cans dead :) Frank

Sorry, twist is 1-7. Can't get any other powders.

I useH335 in .223 for jacketed bullets, for 50gr max charge of 26gr, for 55gr, max charge of 25gr.

Per Hodgdon's website 60 GR. HDY V-MAX Hodgdon H335 .224" 2.250" 22.5gr 2910 43,700 CUP 24.0gr 3075 50,600 CUP

I don't think that H335 is going to be a good powder for downloading as it's a ball powder. A cast bullet launched from a 1-7 twist barrel at 3000fps is likely to produce the most hellacious leading you've ever seen.

I use it too for FMJ and SP, 24.5 grains gets me 2717FPS from the 16 inch barrel with the 60grain Hornady SP...not V-Max. I went with the load for a higher grain bullet. 62 grain FMJ-BT gets me 2724 FPS, 24.5 grains of H-335.

So far the only suggestion is 17 grains of H-335. Anyone else tried this boolit/powder combo?

Yesterday a buddy and I shot WC844 (shoots like H335) loaded behind a NOE 60 grainer. 21.5 grains. Both shooting out of two AR15's. My rifle now has 300 rounds through it, Ken's has over 900 rds. Neither barrel showed any leading. Both rifles functioned perfectly. We were just playing yesterday shooting a ten inch gong at 130 yards off hand, hitting it most times. Chronographed velocity is 2470 fps. Last week I shot over 50 rounds through a Rem model 7, no leading there either. Speed green was the lube of choice. Just my two cents worth!

H4895 is my go to powder for the .223 Go to the Hodgon site for reloading for some recipes. :)

you have the 4895 and it responds very well to being used in low case volume situations.
fill a case to the bottom of the neck and weigh it then use 60% of that as a start load.

I'm shooting an NOE bullet sized at .225. With GC and lube it weighs 60 grains. 20.0 grains IMR 4895 gives 1951 fps in my 1-9" Bush Master and 1994 fps in my Ruger 77. Accuracy is a little over an inch at 100 yds for both firearms. I want to try a little more powder in the AR as the 20.0 gr load doesn't quite cycle completely. It ejects the fired case but the bolt doesn't come back far enough to pick up another round. Velocities are from a CED chrono. Hope this helps you.

My sons 1-9" Intermediate length gas upper cycles with 16gr H4895 and the 60gr NOE.
