Lee lube sizer ???

I have never used, or even seen a Lee Lube-Sizer in operation. I understand the boolit is pushed through a sizer die nose first and emerges in a plastic bowl like thingie. That is clear to me. My question is what do you put, or use, on the press ram to actually push the boolit with? Or, do you use a regular shell holder to push the boollit?

There is the appropriate size rod/ram that fits in the shellholder that comes with the kit and pushes the boolit through the sizer.
