Yesterday a friend stoped by the shop that I hadn't seen in quite a while. Had a niice visit with Greg Roberts who use to ramrod the Green River Rifle works years back. Got to talk about old times and some on the old days and rondevous gone by. Greg was one of the real shooters from the old days and if you could beat him and Ron Long you were shooting up to snuff for sure. Greg and I were flinter fans and occasional working partners. It is sometimes hard to believe that that first shoot was 45 years ago! I still have tools from Greg and from Bill Large in my shop, and a nasty letter from John Baird too!!!
