I got to wondering about the speed of my surplus WC680. I thought I remembered it being identical to canister AA1680, so I loaded up some of the WC680 and AA1680 in some hornet cases and went to the range. The velocities were the same (within 20 fps in two separate 5 shot groups) and the bullets landed in the same grouping, so I guess it's safe to say, at least in this application, that WC680 is the same as AA1680.
