Just got my lee turret setup for 357 and with my boolits (Lee 356-125-2R that comes out 358) loading them just to the ogive gives me a length of about 1.615".

They fit more than fine in my cylinder so there really should be no reason to not like the length, right everyone?

I'm not worrying about pressures or anything, that can be tailored later. I just see a lot of min and max lengths being in the high 1.5_" range and its been bugging me a bit today.

You can load 'em as long OAL as will not extend past the end of the cylinder. Loaded to 1.615" vs a shorter OAL should make less pressure, so should allow for increasing powder charge.

You'll see shorter lengths listed because some revolvers have shorter cylinders.
