Hi guys, I'm a traditional muzzleloader gunsmith, but I've never cast any bullets. I havent burned any powder in a shell casing in over 35 years. I was cleaning up my shop and found these bullets. I dont know where they came from( havent cleaned up the shop in bout 30 years) and I dont know what they are. What I do know is what they weigh and and the dia. of them. Can any of you expert boolit casters tell by these pictures what exactly they are? The first two pictures are of some .458 dia, 365 gr bullets that are obivously not pure lead, they have some alloy in them. The second two pictures are of some JHP in .456 and 300 gr. I know neither of these bullets go down the barrel of a muzzleloader. Call you tell me what they are and what they are for? Many thanks, RamblinMan

I'm sure they'd work great in a 45-70.

Thanks guys, Can you tell me what kind of mold the non jacketed bullets were made in? What do you you call this type of bullet? I need to get any info I can so I can describe them when I sell them. Thanx, RamblinMan
