It looks like about 10% tin according to this chart.

well i guess if it is 10% tin i would asume the rest is lead 90% because it melted at about 580 degrees. i assume no zink because it melts at around 750 degrees

25 gallons?
I used to use those when working on auxilary power plant equipment. When those were originally bought, 25 gallons would have cost $25,000!

some fusible links are made with bismuth and tin.
i know old ones for fire suppression systems were bismuth and tin.

I had an old shoebox of those at the last place I worked.
They seemed much too light to have any lead content, so I never messed with them.
