Thank you again for your alloy-calculator - it led me to melt down range-scrap with Hardball and some solder with confidence in the resulting alloy:
Mixed up some lead on Saturday:
a. 16lbs of Hardball
b. 60lbs of recovered range-lead
c. 2.5 lbs of 30/70 solder (30% tin, 70% lead)
Should give me close to 80lbs of an alloy at 96.5% lead - 1.5% tin - 2% antimony for a BHn of just shy of 11. That's enough for about 2,800 bullets (.45acp 200gr SWC)
Doing it in 2 lots - first batch:

2nd batch started just before I posted these pics:

The triangular ingot on top is the 30-70 solder - the corn-cob ingots are range-scrap and somewhere under all that is an 8lb Hardball ingot. I would have done more but the wife wanted her car back in the garage :)
