There are so many accesories that I doubt they are repros. Too much of a variety (cleaning rods, tools, display box, brush, mold, etc.) to be a knock off. They look like dueling pistols but I am not qualified to say with certainty.

are the barrels rifled or smoothbore , a true dueling pistol should be smoothbore ..
not real sure why that facts stuck in my head , but i suspect i picked it up from one of the so called experts on pawn stars so it might be wrong

In a duel, who has the time to use a set trigger?:?:

They are target pistols, see the sights. Dueling pistols have rudimentary sights if any.

Hijos de arizaga Company in Eibar Spain was a company circa 1920 That produced mainly shotguns for export into the USA . They are what appears to be a set of Target Pistols , and would not be considered Antique Pistols by true antique standards. As to value, thats a tough call because there is very little to gauge them by as far as similar models by the same maker. Because of being a cased set , matched pair with acoutrements My best guess would be in the 500 dollar range.
It is hard to say from just what can be seen in the pics.
Good luck.

I have a friend that I have't seen in awhile but he has a matching set with sequential serial numbers. They were actual dueling pistols and they were in fact used. I believe he payed close to 10k for them but I'm not positive. They were in a nice box with all the goodies too.

Try posting in the handgun section over on the MuzzleloadingForum.com, maybe somebody over there might know.
