In my quest to make my Win-Miroku 1885 shoot I've come to understand that this rifle has no freebore and the lands start immediately at the end of the chamber (ok, maybe 0.070 from the end.) That being the case I can't seat most bullets w/o seating them deeper than intended or driving them into the lands. :violin:

In comparing the Oregon Trail Laser Cast and the Meister 405s that I have here the Meister has a nose riding design but I've gotten at least one less than glowing review on the Meister offerings. (still working on my own data)

Does anyone else out there sell a nose riding 405 bullet and short of a custom mold does anyone sell a mold that will work in the probable event that I start casting?

You might want to check out BACO (http://www.buffaloarms.com/). They have a decent selection of boolits and molds.
