Back into casting

I did some casting in the early 80s mostly sinkers and jigs and a small amount of 44 bullets.I bought a 4-20 pot and ranchdog 3x3 split in 175grain for the 357 max also 22 bator mold any help in getting started again would be great.Thanks in advance.

Buy yourself a hotplate. That'll heat your molds, while your pots coming up to temp. Buy a thermometer. It'll be a priceless piece of equipment.

I have a hot plate and have been reading lots of great stuff on the forms, thank you for the welcome and I'll have to put a thermometer on the want list.
