I recently purchased a CA"Pitbull" in .40 S&W and thought it would be great to get a leather holster for it.
I ordered it on Jan. 31st and they said allow 7-9 business days for delivery.
After almost 3 weeks I sent an inquiry and recieved an e-mail addressed to someone at their business to check and see what happened, well after a month of waiting I e-mailed them and told them to cancel my order and reimburse my debit card.Today I recieved an invoice with a bunch of dates written in? No explanation or apology,just an invoice with a credit card copy.I checked and my account had been reimbursed.
Think I'll stick with Ruger!

While I sympathize with you, that's one reason that I call anyone I have a beef with. It's more difficult for them to put you off like that.

I, on the other hand have recieved nothing but top-notch customer service from them in repairing my Bulldog.

My mom just picked up an undercover for her new ccw piece. She ordered the holster from them and received it in 5 days.

Maybe they discriminate against left-handers!
