I have been casting frequently of late. I feel that good molds make good boolits if the caster can avail themselves of the information contained on this site. I generally cast during the winter, shoot in the spring and size and reload in the summer. Here are some of the latest I have been working on.:

From left to right:
#1 is a SAECO #281 145 grain FPGC 7mm boolit to be used in my 7TCU rifle and pistol.
#2 is my NOE 311 165 RF GC for use in 30-30, 308 and 30-06.
#3 Is a SAECO #353 180 grain FP for my .357 rifles and pistols.
#4 is a Lee 401-175-TC for my 40 S&W pistols.
#5 is a NOE 403 180 RF HP for my 40 S&W pistols.
#6 is a NOE 454 255 RF for my 45 Colt rifles and pistols.

The alloy is a hard mixture of Monotype, wheel weights, lead, and some extra tin. Have not checked the bin. Needless to say the hollow point will not expand, but it sure looks pretty.....

That's not boolits, that's jewelry!

there are only two kinds of boolit molds.
good ones and bad ones.
