Thanks for posting, that was very cool, when I was a kid growing up in KY we dug up all kinds of stuff, that was the good old day's.

i sat here and read the whole thing.
it never really occured to me that people in other country's would be interested in american military stuff.
that was a cool story.
i can see how finding the artifact,then digging up the story and possibly contacting the people involved with that story, could be pretty addictive....

I actually "google-earthed" the address on the dog tag, just to see the soldier's home. I find this stuff fascinating.

Near the end of the thread did you see the case of TNT blocks they found? I am surprised most of that stuff wasn't cleaned up soon after the fight!
