Deleting PM Messages

Not knowing where to post this thread I'll start here knowing it will probably be moved later:

My pm inbox is starting to get full and wanted to delete some of the older ones to make some room. I see the box to the far right of each message an check it, then select delete in a drop down folder, then I hit go and nothing happens. Well stupid me can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance/Ron.

By checking the box to the right of the message then (in the in box) select delete and then click go. On the read messages se3lect the message and then at the bottom of the messages click the box beside the delete.

I have to delete many, many times too, also pictures by the piles! :lol:
