Top Punches

Was not sure where to put this one.

I bought the 150gr .30 cal (Lyman 311441 I believe) the 113gr .30 cal soup can and the RD .432 .44 group buy boolits over the past year or so. I have been using the Lee push through sizers until recently when I purchased a Lyman 450 sizer. Any way, I was wondering what top punches I would need for these boolits. I have the Lyman #8 and RCBS #421. They are too small for these boolits. Any suggestions?

Go to Castpics.net, click on the 'Research and Data' link and then on the 'Lyman Moulds' link. This has copies of a Lyman cast boolit manual that shows each design, by number, with the proper top punch number also listed.

The Lyman #311441 bullet calls for a #8 top punch.

Thanks for the info. I checked that link and got the info I needed for the Lyman boolits. I wonder why they don't have that in the cast handbook?
