A good online friend of mine, a young man just starting off with his new family, had a new baby girl not quite a year ago. 2 days ago his daughter died in the hospital due to respiratory failure. Those of you of a praying nature, please send some prayers up for Andrew and his family, no parent should ever outlive their children, especially a baby. I am really at a loss here, I keep thinking about my kids when they were Katherines age and what a terrible loss it is that he lost his child at such a young age. I don't have the words to say to him to even attempt comfort over this, I don't think anyone does. Ya'll pray for him and his family, that they can somehow find peace through all this. Thanks. I know he will appreciate this.

It always saddens my heart to hear of the loss of a child. Even though I am a father, I can't begin to imagine their sorrow.
