Kudos for Bushnell/Millet

My son, Blackrifleshooter, had his rifle fall and damage the Millet scope. Sent it in for repair and received a new scope in it's place, no charge. Good to know as I have a Millet on one of my rifles. Optics are better on this one.

Had the same thing happen with them a few years back with a Red Dot of theirs I had been using for about 5 yrs. Went wacky on me one day shooting silhouette, sent it in for repair and got a free replacement. Good outfit to do business with.

Had the exact same thing happen to my son's Millet scope a couple years ago. It did take them a looong time to send it back, but my boy did get a new scope. A good resolution overall.

Ditto. Just got my Banner back from repair. It cost me ten bucks for shipping. Excellent customer service.

Like fecmech above, had a red dot quit, sent it in, got a replacement quick .
