I am getting some lead deposites in my 1911 right at the begining of the rifling on the breach end. Maybe 1/2 to 3/4 of and inch forward of the chamber but no where else. It is a kimber custom 2 and the boolit is the lee 200 grain SWC and I am using lithi-bee for lube which has white lithium greese bees and parafin wax. The lube works great in my other guns. I size my boolits to .452 and they are straight air cooled wheel weights. Any suggestions?

try changing the load or changing powders. [to a slower one]
you could also look at how much crimp you are applying.
you will have to look at things one at a time but thats where i'd start.

What powder, what vel? TL bullets? Are you using a LFCD? Sounds like the bullets may be a bit hard or getting sized smaller by crimp & you are getting gas blow by w/ a fast burner like TG or BE. I have also heard complaints about TL bullets leading, but don't use them, preferring a single grease groove w/ good bullet lube. I run range lead or ww cut w/ range lead 50/50 for 90% of my 45acp in all my 45acp, usually w/ WST, sometimes W231 or Unique.

Don't over look the expander button not sizing your brass enough, squeezing down your cast bullet when seating it. Try pulling a couple bullets and check their diameter. You may find them way under sized by the brass. Easy fix, get a larger expander button or shoot harder lead.

Try a faster powder. Seal the bore.

Not nearly enough info to give you any kind of answer.

1/2 to 3/4 inch of leading after how many rounds? How much lead? Did it effect accuracy? What is the load, powder & how much? What is the velocity? Which Lee bullet? Bullets sized to .452" but what does the bore slug? Does .453" or .454" cycle and chamber? What crimp & how much?

I think he meant the expander that also bells the case mouth. Maybe not the best verbiage but I think he got the point across.

Seater die swaging the boolits?

Man, the possibilities . . .

Measure a bullet after it has been pulled from the case, preferably with a good mic.

Before you do anything else you need to slug your bore. Unless it is spot dead nuts on .451" across the grooves, or less, your bullets are too skinny. I'd start by shooting some 'as cast' and go from there.

Slug bore is a good start.

I always used .452 size dies and had zero leading. Got a set of .451 dies given to me and tried them and got leading.

Back to .452.

I'd have known better had I just slugged the bores of my 1911 pistols.

Bullet fit is really important. If you get into 9mm, it gets very dynamic for leading issues if your bullets are undersized to bore size
