Oops, My Bad!

So I'm starting the sizing / lubing process of the 314299's and I am a little bit impatient waiting for the 450 to warm up, so I try and "stuff" a little lube in by turning the wrench harder, SNAP!
no more resistance, uh oh.:confused:
Unbolt it from the bench take it apart and find I have removed the head from the lube feed screw, (under the bottom).
Oh well, a little silver solder and a few seconds on the lathe and I'm back to waiting for the heater to catch up:veryconfu
(it apparently had been repaired once before from the looks of the brazing in there)

So the question is, what bone head moves have ya'll pulled lately?
Come on, fess up, we've all pulled a boner on occasion :killingpc

16 years old a while back, driving to a paintball thing and my floor heat causes one of my c02 tanks to blow the blowoff valve. i almost passed out and wrecked, luckily i had enough about me to open a window in time. shouldn''t keep your co2 on the floor when you know your going to blow heat onto it.
