I just pulled the trigger on the RCBS Pro-Melt Furnace from Mid-Way USA. The Furnace is on sale for $326.35 with a $50.00 mail in rebate to RCBS. Anyone thinking about one needs to hurry, there are now two more remaining at this price.

Get someone from this forum in the US to buy it and ship it to you as a gift.

I have used the Pro Melt for years and it makes casting bullets a care free hobby.
By the wording of your post, I would have to say that you are a fan of American Pickers. Later David

I have three Pro Melts. I had them modified or I should say I had the Lyman mould guide modified to fit them. The newest one I haven't put into service yet. It will more than likely be used for a 1-30 tin/lead alloy mix. The other two are used for pistol alloy and linotype. The oldest one I have is from 1991 and is still going strong.

I bought mine in 1979 and it has been in constant use since then. It has never given any trouble. Have kept it clean and had no valve troubles. Have checked it occasionally for temperature control with a thermometer and it is always in the ball park. LLS
